7. Progress Reports for information
a) To approve the quotation for the VAS system
b) Cemetery maintenance for 2021, to consider the proposals put forward by the Working Group and agree the way forward.
c) To receive any update on the Chestnut Play area
MDDC have confirmed that they have put in an application for the work on the trees.
d) To receive any update on the Open Space Protection Order
MDDC have sent through maps of the cemetery and churchyard area they are including, we are waiting for further information on the open spaces to be included.

d) To approve the purchase of a new bin for Orchard Way Open Space £310.40 +VAT
