Views sought – Willand Branch Surgery

College Surgery Partnership has written to all patients who are registered at their Willand Branch Surgery, which has been temporarily closed since March 2020 due to COVID-19, for their views.  College Surgery Partnership wants to hear from ALL local people in the surrounding area, even if you have not used Willand Surgery in the past, to obtain your views on how the temporary closure has affected you (or someone you know), how people would be affected if the Willand Branch Surgery did not re-open and patients were registered at College Surgery or Uffculme Branch, and also your thoughts on what else should be taken into consideration by College Surgery Partnership when contemplating the future of Willand Branch Surgery. If you have received a letter and questionnaire, please be sure to reply by 4 October. If you have not received a letter and wish to make your views known (e.g as a local resident, or a relative or carer of a patient registered with Willand Branch Surgery), you can pop into College Surgery or the branch surgeries at Uffculme and Bradninch, or at Sampford Peverell and ask for a copy of the questionnaire. You can also find details on College Surgery Partnership’s website. It is vitally important to College Surgery Partnership that they receive your feedback and all responses will be treated confidentially.  Feedback received after the deadline will continue to be part of the engagement with patients, local services and stakeholders whilst the next steps are considered.  So, if you haven’t responded yet, please make sure you make your views known as soon as possible.
